A. Player Account & Profile Information
Guest / Anonymous Play (Default): You can enjoy the game without creating an account or providing your email address. A randomly generated pseudonymous user identifier (UID) is created by Firebase Authentication solely to preserve your in-game coins, rank, match statistics, and active room reconnects.
Google Sign-In (Optional): If you choose to link or sign in via your Google Account, we receive your basic public profile information (Display Name, Avatar image URL, and Email) provided by Google Identity Services. This information is used exclusively to display your chosen player name at multiplayer tables and sync your game progress across multiple devices.
B. Gameplay & Economy Data
Game Records: Match outcomes, tricks taken, bids recorded, win/loss rates, and match timestamps are processed to manage gameplay and display your player statistics.
Virtual Coins: Balances of in-game virtual coins awarded via matches or daily logins. Virtual coins have no financial value, cannot be purchased with real money, and cannot be redeemed for real currency.
Multiplayer Table State: Temporary room codes, turn timers, and card discards synchronized in real-time with table opponents through Cloud Firestore.
C. Local Device Preferences
User settings such as sound effect (SFX) volume, background Nepali acoustic music volume, vibration feedback toggles, and UI preferences are stored locally on your device via SharedPreferences and local browser storage. This data never leaves your device.
D. Technical & Diagnostic Telemetry
Standard technical parameters (e.g., application version, operating system version, and general non-precise device type) may be processed in server logs to diagnose network connectivity, prevent multiplayer synchronization glitches, and ensure smooth frame rates.

Precise GPS or real-time location data.
Address book, contacts, or phone numbers.
Device camera, microphone, or audio recordings.
SMS messages or personal chat histories.

4. No Real-Money Gambling Statement

All communications between the mobile application and cloud backend are encrypted in transit using Transport Layer Security (TLS 1.3 / HTTPS).
Database access is strictly governed by authoritative Cloud Firestore Security Rules, preventing unauthorized reading or tampering with player profiles and lobby states.
7. Data Retention & Account Deletion (User Rights)
We retain gameplay information only as long as necessary to maintain your player profile and provide game functionality.
How to Request Complete Data Deletion:
Under Google Play's Account Deletion Policy, GDPR, and CCPA, you have the right to request the permanent deletion of your account and all associated gameplay data at any time.
To request deletion, simply email us at sagar.shrestha23@gmail.com with the subject line "Call Break Data Deletion Request" and include your Player ID or registered Google email. Upon verification, your profile, match statistics, virtual coin records, and authentication tokens will be permanently deleted from our servers within 30 days.

Call Break Nepal is intended for a general audience (ages 13 and older). We do not knowingly solicit or collect personal information from children under the age of 13 (or under 16 in the European Economic Area).
